The process to order a portrait is very easy and quick: on this page, you click on the style of your choice, and on the next page you can connect directly with the artist by clicking on “Ask a question”. You will then be able to communicate directly with your artist and agree all the details directly with them. Once you have agreed on all the details, they will ask a 50% deposit to start the work. This deposit is fully refundable in case you don’t like the portrait or in case you change your mind, no questions asked. Your artist will show you examples while they work on your portrait and keep you in the loop at all times, and you can ask for revisions until you are 100% happy. At that point, you will pay the remaining 50% and the artist will send you the framed portrait. Our artists don't only paint dog portraits, but they are specialists in all types of pet portraits, including cats, rabbits, and all other pets, you can ask them anything you have in mind and they will be happy to give you their suggestions and advice.
